Kanat Rymtayev is a cinematographer from Los Angeles, originally from Kazakhstan. He obtained a Master's degree in Cinematography from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. His works include the feature film "Dalma," directed by Humaid Alsuwaidi, film "Heen," directed by Saeed Rashid; documentary short films about the Kazakh diaspora outside Kazakhstan and the hockey team “Barys,” directed by Kanat Beisekeev. He also worked on the short film "Honeymoon," directed by Dayana Yakhyarova.
